I'm using the best firewall you can get out there, <a href='http://www.agnitum.com/products/outpost/' target='_blank'>Outpost Firewall</a>.
    Has great loging.

You can also install a proxy server like <a href='http://www.proxyplus.cz/' target='_blank'>this</a> one, and set it up as your proxy in internet explorer or any program that require internet acces.

ZoneAlarm apparently does this as well.

I use zonealarm at the moment, although it only logs alerts.

Im after something that logs any internet access from my PC, times, dates and the program that accessed it.

The reason im looking for such a tool is that im sure something is eating away at my bandwidth without me knowing and i would quite frankly like to know what lol

    Do you have wlan?
If yes, maybe your neighbor is surfing on your bandwidth <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

Zone alarm pro does allow you to log what is eating the bandwidth, as for how to do it I am not sure I am sure the help documents that come with it could give valuable insight. Zone alarm is not a bad firewall.. especially if you actually pay for it. :-)

The ICF feature in WinXP logs connections, although I'm not sure that's what you want...

Netlimiter can tell you whats using the net and.. limit.. it. I don't think it can log however.
