SC:G is a console exclusive. As for the doublespeak, it kinda goes with angry fans explaing to you the exact semantics of every of your words and why you lied to your paying customer, you scumbag.

When?
A: Although we have not made any announcements and do not have a development or release timeline, we do fully intend to revisit the world of StarCraft on PC at some point in the future.

The next visit to the Starcraft world on PC is just SC:G, yes? So this doesn't mean they're gonna do another RTS? Why do all these game developers have to talk in doublespeak when they're already behind schedule <!--emo&--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/mad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='mad.gif' /><!--endemo--> <!--QuoteEnd--> </td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'> <!--QuoteEEnd-->
SC:G is console only, so obviously Ghost isn't a revisit to Starcraft universe on the PC.

    Evidence for Starcraft 2:

    1) FAQ quote already given
    2) Ending of Starcraft+secret mission.
    3) Warcraft and Diablo have had some attention in last few years. Its now been 6 years since Starcraft. Give it some love please!
    4) It would give Blizzard a shed load of cash.

Like other people have said, I expect from pre-developement work being done now, and full developement started after WoW and SC:G.

One good thing about these forums, you always know when you're wrong. Shot down by three people in the span of 4 minutes
[nub question]Why aren't they releasing it on PC?[/nub question]

The short version is that Blizzard has some common sense and a not completely unstillable hunger for money, and will thus only release a game on a platform it's fit for. The long version is that SC:G was always intended to be a console-style stealth/action game (which is incidentally why many criticise it for being too conventional), so it wouldn't make much sense to put it on the PC without of major reworking.

I, as a Blizzard fanboy, like WC3 the most but I hated the lack of unit strategy that still exists, thats my only gripe with it.

Diablo Two's expansionwas good, nothing more nothing less.

I like the look of Ghost, it allows newbies and vets alike to enjoy a game by the look of it.

WoW's beta testers are fawning over it and I've only seen a few problems but Blizzard said they were dealing with it, AKA re-vamping rest system.

WoW will hopefully be a wow, bad pune intended, and I think it will be as long as they add enough quest content and fix PvPing and include RvR well.
