Yes.. Masters of the Universe was one of the greatest movies of all time, hands down it is right up there with Transformers: The Movie.

I have it on VHS and DVD WOOT!!!!! (I have no VCR anymore so I had to convert it to DVD)

I wish they would have made a She-Ra movie..

Of course, I only remember one actual cartoon (despite seeing many and having a cool plastic He-Man sword that's broken and from when I was 5), one where he's crushing a diamond ring thing.

If you watch it now: it's very funny, so much....indescribable humor...heh. If I could take a screenshot of He-Man's face in one episode...it's pure comedy <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /><!--endemo--> .

For some reason I was almost sure that getting run over by a car on my way to school (knowing that I go on foot usually barely a couple of minutes before start of class and I cross two roads between anger-filled parents driving their own late kids) was more of a threat to my way of life than being the center of middle eastern terrorist attacks. Well I don't recall there being any special re-runs of He-Man and the spinoff She-Ra... but for those of us older folks.. I mean over 20, it was a very much beloved cartoon. One of those classics.. like thunder cats, Land of the Lost.. and of course the infamous Transformers.

this movie was the uber cheese, but oh so good. it was touched by the evil ness that is Dolf Lundgren (sic). i mean, come on, He-Man, The Punisher, Johnny Pneumonic (oh, ok, that's a stretch), how many franchises can he BURN TO THE GROUND WITH HIS staid and painful 'acting' ?! :O

and i'd have to say Transformers the Movie was soo much better, if only for the musak (80's hair band-esque lead vocals? ohhh yeaaah).

There was the original sonic series, which actually had depth and cool characters. One of the networks got the license and turned it into a crappy morning cartoon.
The MarioBros show was perhaps my favorite, even though is was two old guys in the suits, it still made me feel all warm and tingly inside. (Or maybe it was that burrito for breakfist.)
