Although i understand where you are coming from with this, i think you are clutching at straws with the comparison to eclipse as, as far as i can see, bares no resemblance. If nexus was to show gl_wireframe 1 views of these areas, it would certainly put the matter to rest i would think (as far as showing it is not a straight decompile -> compile).

how many times do i need to say that this is not a decompile.?

Well i know you dont trust me because some decompiles on veil and nothing, but agree this time with me : this is not a decompile, forget that name. So i gonna do

gl_wireframe 1 that the map is my own. Well just agree and talk now about the map.
Thanks, the proof will come. But now lets talk about the light. How is the light now?

Yeah, the fact that Nexus always avoids a polite request and always denies and flames you when you ask him a simple question makes people more suspicious.

Although has anyone ever heard the story about the boy who cried wolf? If you have, then you know about Nexus' mapping career.

I tihnk this map is authentic. What do one unti thick walls ahve to do with anything? My walls are like that!

But yeah if you actually show us a shot of the map... (not just the outsideness of it)

well they are claiming this could be decompiled yet again, and what I've hear is that a decompiler takes the brushes the compiler creates for half-life to read and recreates this in to readable content for a map editor. meaning the walls all are 1 unit thick (and probably screwed up to)

Well yes, what it does is it creates a 1 unit brush for every face. So basically, you end up with (original faces * 4) faces in the decompiled map.

The texture alignment of the yel_grey on the walls strike me a bit odd... They end so abruptly when it gets near a corner. especially in:
screen1:
Top right of screenshot (and probably the oposing wall to...

Change it to something like the yellow part like on the ceiling. It would make the alignment more realistic looking.

screen2:
middle right of screenshot...

See that verticle line in the texture? Position it on the edge of the wall

Although it can help performance, some of thsoe textures are scaled up a little much. Mabye have some textures (like floors) that are normal scale.

Umm nexus, that screen does not help. Why are you avoiding showing the 2d windows? I was wanting a screen of the whole hammer viewport. I see no reason to beleive you as you seem to be avoiding showing the actual brushes that you made.

Post an editor shot with the xy and z zoomed in enough to make out the detail. That shot prooves nothing...

Mineshaft keeps popping into my head whenever I see those pics. But yes, post some zoomed in 2d screenshots in hammer. Other than that, if this is totally legit, keep it up and you could beocme a respectable mapper one day.

sure. actually, would you mind putting it in .map? I can't open rmf's since I use radiant.

Then I'll make the screens so everyone can see.

You're new work is looking pretty good there the only problem is that you decompiled so many maps and flat out said that they weren't that the mapping community is having a hard time believing you now.

Trust is one of the hardest things to get but one of the easiest things to lose.
