What The Heck Is This?

<div class="IPBDescription">The amazing new game sweeping the nation</div> Ok, I'm walking outside this morning, and I notice that there are these really weird looking things in the feild across the street that weren't there the day before. This feild is behind the biggest park in the city, and all day yesterday it was filled up with LARPers hitting each other with foam swords (lightning bolt lightning bolt!), so I'm gueeing it must have been done in the evening of yesterdya or the morning of today. But I really don't care how they got there, I just wanna know what the heck they are! I went and inspected them and asked some other people about them, and noone has any clue what they are, so I figured I'd ask you guys.

Alright since apparently the images are not working, I will have to make more posts with all the pics.

There about 9 of these things, and they are about 4 1/2-5 feet high.

This is the top of one of them, you can see 3 other in the background, you can see the two circles of chains, the inner circle has 4 chains, the outer has 14.

This pic is kind of confusing, so I'll explain it. The inner circle of 4 chains you can see supporting the tire, which is not connected to the inner pole at all except by those chains, which means it can freely rotate until the chains become wrapped around the pole.. The outer circle of chains attached to a small chain ring that goes around the pole, linking them all together.

All 9 of them are numbered, and in this picture you can see another odd thing, the red circle is around a half a birch log that has been nailed into the ground. How weird is that?

I'd guess it's something to do with modern art. No seriously. I've seen a LOT of confusing things over here, like totally empty rooms, with perfectly white walls, a cardboard box and an old hydraulic pump in it. On the large window, there was a list that said, who made this 'work of art'... Sooooo...... WTH? SO they just drove poles into the ground in an empty feild that was already being put to good use to people could throw frisbees at them? That is the lamest thing I have ever heard of.

And if it was the sign of a demon beant on ruling New Hampshire it would be danged cooler than frisbee golf.

what a waste of a good park

anybody remember the days when it was just grass and you had to adjust your game to suit that? if you wanted to play soccer, you grabbed 4 bags and made two goals, not mailed the council and make them put up two big **** goal posts that hinder other people from using the park how they wanted to.

'tis a very fun game, a lot more involving then one would think. It's not as easy as it looks to make the frisbee go 100% accurately.
