Help about it !!
Am i able of setting which files the consistency affects? For example if I only want to check up the skins, can i tell the consistency to check up the models directory or to chek up others directorys?
Not without running a seperate plugin, no. Heard over to modNS.org forums and request one if you really want it, .
By default, consistency checks all models, most sounds, and some sprites.
One small warning here, I enabled this plugin and the consistancy 1 setting on my server and saw a major loss of players. Because consistancy is broken without a plugin, most people don't expect it to be on. Also there are quite a few people with custom models or sound packs. Prepare to hear squawks from these people once you turn this on.

I'm going to have to disagree with you here, kwik. I just tested it out, and it works just fine.
However, you need to verify that the servers -and- clients installed the patches in the proper order, otherwise sounds will differ (according to the sounds listed in your report, I'm guessing the original beta 4 wasn't installed on either the server or client, since those were changed from Beta1->Beta4).
Make sure the server and client go in this install order: 3.0 Beta 1->Beta 4->Beta 4a. Or to play it even safer, 3.0 Beta1->2->3->4->4a
For the record, on the server I tested out, I installed Beta 1->4->4a, and my client was Beta 1->2->3->4->4a

It's possible I could research it to get more specific files, but I am much to busy to do so. Suffice it to say that at least 50% of the servers last night had issues at match time (again, running the league config).
What you've asked me to verify is not feasible, but I think it's safe to assume due to the large number of issues last night that what you've mentioned wasn't the reason in 100% of the cases.
Either the clients were messed, or the server was messed. Tourny mode and league configs have no effect on it.
welder.wav and metabolize3.wav were both updated with the recent patches, and zerogxplode.spr shouldn't EVEN BE in the nsp/sprites folder. Some players use this as an exploit to gain vision in battles. Perhaps you should be thanking consistency for catching these people...
You both seem to be pretty confident mp_consistency works, so I'll go out on a limb here and back you up. Effective immediately UGL will have mp_consistency enabled in it's match configs. Thanks to both of you for your contributions!
