Since when has lethal injection been humane? Ive heard some really bad stories of them going wrong. Most methods of execution are 'humane' (or as humane as you can get when you're killing) when they go right. Getting your head chopped off is great unless it takes more than one slice (and sometimes the head is still alive from the body for a very short time afterwards). Hanging is nice and quick if it snaps your neck straight away. Heck even stoning wouldnt be too bad if the first stone killed you straight away.
