How do you get from "Daughter of the Night" to "Moon Hunter." I see the only relation being that the moon comes up at night. Unless there's some weird grammarical thing going on where one of the words is feminine or something and you can interpret it however you want.
But, enough of the name analysis, mine, while original, isn't all that special in its creation. Ultima = Final (in latin, I think), also a spell in Final Fantasy games; Gecko...well, geckos are just cool. My name has the cool double meaning like that (though I'm sure the FF people were thinking about the words meaning when they named the spell that).
Woot, for everyone born in 1985 (All you people born in other years are okay too...).
Quick Fact: My birthday is July 26th, which, coincidently is the same as Sandra Bullock. Also strange, 2 other people in my family were born on July 27th. I'm at odds with the day, because the closest holiday is July 4th, and that's only if you live in the US. Otherwise...almost any other day on the year has closer holidays. Helps with the presents when you're younger though, nobody's gotta buy christmas/easter/independence day/halloween/thanksgiving/mother's/father's/memorial day stuff.
Okay, maybe it wasn't a quick fact...maybe, a moderately long winded opinion with a minor fact thrown in.

I saw this topic a few days ago and meant to add to it then, but forgot. Damn my occasional inferior information-retention abilities!!
So anyways, there I was, walking down the street ....... wait, what topic is this? Where am I? <i>Who</i> am I? Well okay, I'll start with the "who".
Name is Chris Mallard. Just turned the big two-five about a month ago. Yep, quarter of a century.
It's funny really, I don't <i>feel</i> 25. Well, I guess that depends on how "25" <i>should</i> feel. All I've been able to do that different from being 24 is being able to excitedly say "<b>ha! I'm 25!</b>".
Strange. My dad didn't seem to take as much liking to that grandoise statement as I did.
Anyhow, moving on. I live in St. John's, Newfoundland in Canada. Basically, it's the most eastern city in North America. Oh yeah, that's all we got going for us. This city sucks. Well, not entirely. There's a lot of good things here, like George Street (<i>one long street with nothing but clubs, bars, and pubs</i>).
So, on to the job thing. Right now it's a temporary spot with Rogers Cable and Rogers Wireless. I do customer service. The job really sucks. But hey, it pays for my car/apartment/alcohol, so I guess I can't complain. There are some who might only have one of those three, whereas I'm lucky enough to get them all.
Got myself one of those human female companions. Hey, you know those cheesy romances in the movies that would be just too silly to be something that could actually happen in real life? Yeah, me too. They're silly.
The gf is great though. We've got a lot in common, we find the same dumb things funny, and have a lot of the same quirks. It's eery sometimes, but still all good.
Tonight, however, is a night out with the boys. We'll probably just end up getting a pizza and a few beers and watch a game on the telly, but it's still a good time.
Thursdays are the agreed-upon-by-all-parties night that the guys do their thing, and the gals do theirs. It's quite refreshing to be able to enjoy the basic body functions without having to muffle them in a pillow or blanket, or have to try to blame it on the dog. On guy's night, nobody tries to pass off credit for anything.
So without any further rambling, I've got to get my "soon to be champion" arse in gear and get my beverages chilled.

Well, I'm currantly at college for an extra year, to finish off some subjects to A2 level (well only one now, as I've recently been kicked off one course). This majorly sucks, as all my friends have left for uni, leaving me all on my lonesome <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /><!--endemo-->
Going to John Moore's uni in Liverpool in September to study Biology. Am currantly single (and hoping to stay that way till I die) and also unemployed. Living with my mother as my brother has moved out (he lives only 5 minutes up the road). My dad moved out 10 years ago and has since re-married.
Basically I come home to college, switch the computer on, and read forums/play games/talk to people online till 2am (well actually 4am but shush). I ocassionally read a book, sci fi or fantasy (Forgotten realms, Dragonalance, Star Wars and Discworld books for those that are interested). Used to roleplay with some friends but thats died down now. Musically, I don't tend to listen to specific genres, I just like occasional songs from every genre.

Well the only thing my city has going for it is the world's biggest mall. Which is bloody annoying, since the worlds biggest losers and worlds biggest people frequent it. We also have... uh... snow. Lots of snow. In fact I need to shovel the driveway soon... and yes, its April.
Typical day includes waking up, wondering what day it is and where the coffee maker is (after being up all night working on schoolwork) and wondering why the hell I bother going to school. Then I get there, zone out, hear a bell ringing and go home to do more schoolwork, till about 1 am, when I can do other stuff, followed by more schoolwork. It doesn't help that I'm taking 12 courses (all required) in 8 blocks this year. Funfunfun. Good thing is that I can hand in anything with long words for my english courses and get half decent marks (95-100%). Me = perfectionist. GF = perfectionist. She's great, freakin smart and stuff. Everybody thinks shes scary (wears all black and takes taekwondo), but really... shes great.
Going to the University of Alberta, taking Medicine or Engineering (meh haven't decided yet, got the marks for both easily). In my spare time (the time between 3 am and 6 am) I occasionally get sleep, but other times browse the forums and do some models in max. Been a computer geek since age 6 months, when the only way my mom could get me to be quiet was to let me watch her play tetris or work on our old green screen IBM (which cost twice as much as my P4 3.2GHz with everything). Build comps for money, fix them for money, work with them for money.

I am currently reading for a degree in Computer Science with Games Development at the University of Wolverhampton (after an ill fated year trying to study Computer Science at York University). My higher education (years 9-13) were at King Edward VI Aston Grammar school, Birmingham.
I work one day a week at a web design company in central Birmingham, scripting Flash movies and creating dynamic websites using Flash, PHP, SQL, XML and other three letter acronyms (TLA's). Pays well (at £10 an hour), and I mostly enjoy it. I also do freelance web design and Flash coding at £15/hour, it all helps to pay off student loans. In my spare time, I make Flash experimental pieces ( some of which are available <a href='http://www.box7.co.uk' target='_blank'>box7.co.uk</a> ), fiddle with CSS, and generally do other artsy things. I also make textures, maps, mods, mutators, skins, and other such material for a variety of games and game engines.
Music tastes range from dance to hip-hop, to rock and punk, although mostly you'll find me listening to downtempo bands/artists such as Mr Scruff, Morcheeba, Air, and Zero 7.

I generally do what every teenager does in Hong Kong. Wake up, go to school (maybe not today) study, have lunch, go back to school to study some more, go home, play games, watch TV and sleep.
BTW, I wind up studying in school more than at home, which makes me forget to do my homework a whole lot. But I do get pretty good grades, despite playing all the time.
I suck at speaking French, doing Math (stuck in Adv. Trigonometric Identities) and waking up late (I wake up too early)
Useless info. : There's a college called La Salle. Time to laugh at them.
EDIT : More info.
Me? I have an innate ability to see how people will dosomething, and will act accordingly, which led to a bit of ninja-esque movement back then(I couldn't help it, I was 13 at that time)
Now, I feel that it's coming back again, but with eyes on the back of my head.
Unfortunately, I can see how WWII Germany looks like by someone just mentioning World War II. Someone mention Africa, I see Ethiopians (starving, and there are corpses too <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /><!--endemo--> )
Also on certain times, everything blacks out. Don't know what's happening to me, but I've had it since I was 9. Usually everything comes back. And no it's not Epilepsy, I play NS just fine. In fact, I always wind up in the rave room in ns_nancy :/ Plus nothing happens when I go to seizurerobots.com

DOB : 23/1/88
Age : 15
Height : 5'2"-ish
Weight : 60-ish <b>kg</b>
Place of Origin : The hospital! Actually, I'm in Hong Kong.
Nationality : Filipino
I gues that's me.
