<div class="IPBDescription">i'm a bit late, but hey... what the hell</div> B of B's is on the history channel every night at 9pm pacific. tonight is episode 3, carentan.

if you're like me, you can't afford 2938423743223$ in DVDs, so you've only seen B of B's maybe once or twice.

so start watching!

and if you're wondering how the history channel could afford an episode-a-day marathon of spielberg's work, it's actually sponsored by the army. so do your part, and watch this fabulous miniseries.

I bought my dad the Band of Brothers DVD xmas 2002. Probably the best gift I've ever gotten him. He doesn't have HBO and is a big WW2 buff, so I knew he wanted to see them. It's a really cool series.

I'm one of the guys stuck in the "saw BoB on HBO, loved it, adored it, planned on buying the DVDs but never actually buying the DVDs" crowd, so it's a sweet deal that the History Channel is making a practically unedited run of the series. Those guys get 10 cool points in my book.

It was $80, yeah kinda expensive, but it's 10 hours of just the actual show and my dad really loved it so, worth it in my opinion.

    edit: typo and 100 posts!

    rate this joke plz:

it's WW2. two australians are captured and brought to a POW camp.

a bored german guard says, "you know... you ver brought here to die?" and laughs at them.

both of the australians perk up. smiling, one corrects him: "no, mate.. we were brought here yesterday!"
