Yeah some of the levels are murdering my poor mx440... So I had to set the resolution down all the way to 640*480 and now I get a constant around like 30 fps or higher depending.
If anybody wants to do a 1v1 or 4 player FFA something get a server IP and I'll come.

In 32bit color yet! FPS does dip a bit but nothing too extreme.

Well for me fps was sometimes good and sometimes bad. I think they just need more compatability testing. I like overall <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /><!--endemo-->

My FPS only seems to dip if I do the in car cam. The rest of the time it's perfect.

You don't like it, so be it, that's your own opinion and you're entitled to it. I won't argue that point. But as a mod leader and developer, don't give me this timeline crap. You get burned a few times yourself and suddenly you realize why things take so long.
If you can find a way for an unpaid development team to be less behind schedule than most commercial dev teams, please let me know. I've got a project going on 2 1/2 years that could use any extra speed boosts it can get.

For the record:
As far as I can tell, a lot of the worst FPS issues come from headlights. If you can get a server where no one's using headlights, you can get a lot of good, fairly well-performing racing in.
Every time you turn on your headlights in HL Rally, Flayra kills a chibiskulk.
My biggest problem with the mod is that if you start to slide on grass / snow / dirt, you're gonna be sliding a LONG time, and you can't counter steer at all. That and theres a spot on natureroute if you hit it, its on a (dirt) slope and you can't accelerate at all going up it, you have to backtrack some....

Reinstalling.
And for those about the TDK: That was over a year ago, if not longer.

Please. Think of the chibiskulks.
