By any chance do you microsoft haters use windows ? Besides nothing wrong with Microsoft they are a company trying to survive in the business world and you have all these people moaning at them with poor reasons, why don't you go and moan at the people who made the n-gage.
Anyway nice conversion though you should ask Bungie for making the good models in the first place.
I personally would not use the master chief as a marine or heavy replacement. Spartans just dont die that easily. (in reference to the halo novels)
a Halo marine however is what would be best for a LA replacement. Heavy armor could be an ODST (Orbital Drop Shock Trooper). ODST armor looks like a hybrid between the MJOLNIR II armor and standard marine armor. i guess you could hack it together with a marine and a spartan.
you can find reference footage of ODST in the E3 Halo 2 ingame intro with Sarge in the pelican dropship. theres one checking his rifle, one loading a fresh clip into it, and one shot of an ODST putting his helmet on. After all it can't be as bad as Quake 3 models. They're so twisted and contorted its very difficult to convert them. Bear in mind as well that you can still use the Master Chief model as HA because it has the same animations its just aligned to the LA skeleton because A.) The Animations are better and B.) The Heavy Skeleton isn't the most friendly I've seen...

my friend owns an xbox and i have sucefully finnished halo to the end. I know all maps i know all guns i know everything about the game, but erm..it's only on xbox.
