    Yes.
Check your computer clock, it should set itself to the right time.

In Indiana... wait, I don't have to do a thing! Sweet.

It's one hour forward for most people, though.

Not really. You're moving 5+ time zones anyway, an hour difference won't matter too much.

Oh, no...we just move 1 hour forward every spring...that way, in 24 years, we're back on track...and leap years cancel it our. Or something.

DST is a smart thing to do to... save money on electric lighting for example.

But, it was implemented when there was no electricity, so the farmers could have that extra hour of daylight to work on their crops and such. And like all traditions, it just stuck (instead of Indiana, which is just plain wierd becuase half of the year they are eastern, and the other half they are central. <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif' /><!--endemo--> )

Maybe half a centuary ago when people still kept the lights off during the daytime, but nowadays the lights will be on regardless of whether it is light or dark outside. Not to mention that nowadays we have devices that take way, way, way more electricity that do nothing to illuminate a room. (Unless it has a window + neon on your case mod)
