Problem With Installshield And Another Problem

Ive been having troubles installing things with installshield

so it said as one solution to download and install ikernelupdate.exe which will update the installshield version. when i try to install, it gets screwed over by the other error ive been getting...

and google hasnt helped me. windows xp, has only been happening recently [after i got back from a LAN 10 days ago]

im on windows xp btw

    sounds like a virus deleted some of your kernel? I could be way off there though. My old computer had something simmilar to that tough, it went away after I left it off for 5 days which was wierd. hope it gets fixed <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /><!--endemo-->
