    I Think the hand model needs to be remaked and along with the skin from scratch.

    Yes the hand models should be redone. It's just too low poly for a high poly pack. And it really isn't that pretty.

    we dont have any wip pics cuz we havent started yet

    this friday i will be on the whole day (after 3pm pacific) and we shall discuss in aim, msn, or irc what we should do and come up with concepts

    i would do it now but im not supposed to be on and i only have 1 hr b4 my parents get home

    I don't think they need any people to help make concepts.Because they already have modelers on their team to make concepts.

    I'd be glad to, except my hand 'skills' arent the 1337est. I could however try to spruce up the NS hands.

    are u guys planning on redoing EVERY thing? that means stuff like umm skulks and gorges and stuff? if so i have a concept for a Skulk

    yes, however of the orginals. No new models from concepts. just a high poly version of the original models.

    hehe, I'm going to be learning zModel... it requires a little work, but I think it can be made compatible with MS3D files (MS3D is VERY similar to zModler, but zMod exports only as a .zmd file or somethign like that...
