<div class="IPBDescription">Assistance with translation</div> I am having difficulty translating this Italian it doesn't appear to be grammatically correct to me, could someone please assist?

"Il mio cuore?? Pesante."

    I thought that was the translation as well, however the "Il" is throwing me off, and I do not know Italian well enough to decipher it. "Il" translates into "The" or "Art" but somehow that doesn't work... I don't know. I hate admiting that.
