<div class="IPBDescription">El Crap!</div> Well, I've been virus'ed. My primary system is disconnected from the internet, and lacking an antivirus that is not web based, im screwed. I cant even burn one to a CD and wipe it that way: my CD roms are still dead! So you guys arent gonna be seeing alot of me for a while, at least until i can get my gopod system running.

    Hurray for AVG!

    Get somebody to burn a (free, legal, just loses a couple of minor features) copy of AVG, and give it to you.

    If you can't get to your cd-rom drives at least in safe mode or something, you're doomed to reinstall your OS anyway, so might as well get on it.

    I MacGuyver'd a solution to getting the antivirus on there, only problem is IT DIDNT WORK!!!

    I feel your pain. I too have a virus problem atm. My virus didn't disable the 'net, but it DOES open a lovely backdoor for h4x0r2 on t3h my PC. And I've run... AVG cleaners, McAfee cleaners, trend micro cleaners, and I STILL have virus files all over my HD.
