I figure this would be a good time to mention that I kinda sorta lost the hydrosity source in a power surge. I say kinda sorta because I have a version of the source on a CD around here somewhere.
Lesson number seven: Backup your work as much as possible, in as many places as possible. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

id love to see ether, widow, sava, forsaken and many more.
I still think its impossible to make every good looking map official, and that even if a good map doesnt make it it doesnt mean its a bad map. for example, look rampage in 1.0x, it was f*****ing amazing map.

'tis a shame to be sure. on a side note though... when will these even be included?! I'd venture no maps will be included until 4.0. who knows when that's gonna be. a year from now?
oh btw, i think sift should be in there too. ^_^ just finished b2 last night... waiting for steam to let me test it. <!--emo&:angry:--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/mad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='mad.gif' /><!--endemo-->
Why doesn't Flayra remove half of the maps from the 3.0 install and release official map packs? That allows so many more maps without increasing the size of the already quite large installer.
the NS download could include just the few classic "NS classic" maps: Tanith, Hera, Nothing, Caged, Lost, Mineshaft, Origin, Veil (did I miss any?)
then you'd simply have 2 official mappack downloads, one for combat maps, and one for classic maps.
t'would be perfect for many maps that deserve it, t'would be... <!--emo&::marine::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/marine.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='marine.gif' /><!--endemo-->
