All of the content on the forums will remain available in read-only mode, but it will no longer be possible to create new topics or posts as of June 21st 2021.

Video Mach. Easy as pwn.
You could try Axogon Composer, but that program scares me.
Or VirtualDub.

Adobe premiere works well to, along with being able to add whatever special effects you want. Though it is pretty spendy.
