Any ways / programs to do this?

Video Mach. Easy as pwn.

You could try Axogon Composer, but that program scares me.

Or VirtualDub.

If you're on WinXp, Windows Movie Maker, which comes w/ windows.

Adobe premiere works well to, along with being able to add whatever special effects you want. Though it is pretty spendy.
