The Party Tricks Thread
INANE PARTY TRICKS THREAD!
Very simple thread, list whatever lame inane skill you are capable of producing upon request.
Let me get this monstrosity rolling.
I can quote the ENTIRE film of The Transformers The Movie from start to finish from memory.
There's no real way I can prove this to you online, as any skeptist would say "You're reading out the script" But trust me, even the worlds longest road trip goes along a lot quicker when somebody reciates an entire movie.
"Yes friends, act now. Destroy Unicron. Kill the Grand Poo-bah. Eliminate even the toughest stains."

*EDIT* Great way to spend my 800th post, eh?
Dead serious. Given a running start, comfortable clothing, comfortable sneakers, and a good wall (I tend to like brick -- there's plenty of it at my school, friction is pretty good, and there's no risk of telltale footprint marks or making a hole) I can run up it at a ~45 degree angle and take anywhere from 1-4 steps before having to acknowledge that gravity exists. I've gotten high enough on the wall that when I dropped back down right behind someone on the girls' volleyball team (they're tall, and yes I was above her body height) she thought I'd jumped off the roof of the building.
I haven't tried a backflip, and I haven't learned of any other wallrunning tricks, so I'm actually out of practice by now because everyone I know has already seen it and wouldn't be impressed much by seeing it again.
[edit]I just remembered -- at some point I'll have to get a good enough video card to play Prince of Persia: Sands of Time and learn a few more possible wallrunning/walljumping tricks.
I've even dropped to my knees and screamed in delight in the middle of a supermarket just because I enjoyed something I drank, much to the confusion and amusement of the tons of people who witnessed it ^^
I can do stuff like pub magic tricks and I can wiggle my nose like a lil bunny =D

*bows down* You sir are my new hero.
I can't really think of anything right now, but then again being a non-partying person at the age of 14 I wouldn't have much use for them either :/

Thank you, thank you. Props to Moquiao for being brave enough to run at a wall without the depth perception of having both eyes open & in the same direction. For me, the first step towards going up the wall is to commit yourself to the idea that if it wasn't for the jump at the end to go up, you'd be planning on going <i>through</i> the wall. Being unsure of how far you are from the wall takes a combination of skill and insanity that demands respect.
There's plenty of sites with similar stunts in pictures and video, but the only one I've found with video <i>tutorials</i> is <a href='http://www.trickstutorials.com/mother_main.php' target='_blank'>the Tricks Tutorials Empire</a>. Unfortunately, most of the tricks there require more open space, more forgiving floor, or more self-confidence than I have available to me. If anyone can find another site with video tutorials for stunts, feel free to post here or PM me.
Crack my neck, back, every knuckle on my hands...
I can do the "crab tongue", bend my tongue in half so both lateral sides touch eachother...
Oh, and I do a mean Conan O'Brian irish jig.
If only I had some parties <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

Your scalp, i didnt even know that was possible.
This usually includes dressing up in household materials (tin foil, bin bags, anything really), abusing female sanitary products, doing handstands in the most inappropriate places, and then really hurting myself when i realise i'm crap at doing handstands.
Yeah, i'm a freakin' embarassment. <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
Filthy hobbitses.
that and I always crack the best jokes while watching movies at a party.
I'm double jointed in my thumb, my shoulder, and my hip.

^all the above, except for the "wiggle my eyes" dunno what the heck that is supposed to mean <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
Starting from down what I can crack:
All toes, ankles, knees, back, wrists, all fingers (including thumb), neck.
Also, because I crack my fingers bending them back, I can almost touch the back of my palm with all fingers, and I can bend my thumb backwards so it touches my wrist.
I do all those if asked <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
What else, oh, im very, VERY flexible in every other aspect, too: I can do a perfect, damn large "bridge" (if you don't know what it means, go lie on your back, then ground your feet and palms on the floor and do a pull-up backwards and bend).
THEN what Im the most proud of: I can tell the lyrics of ANY song by System Of A Down (three albums of them and a plenty of unreleased)
Now I wish I had a party <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo--> I just show off to my friends with those <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
hm... blowing fireballs with a can of butane is fun. fill up my mouth and light it (DONT TRY THIS AT HOME) and i can make a cool torch for a good fifteen seconds. dazzles and amazes anyone who cares to watch.
not much of a trick, but i also become a klepto if drinking...

PK! We call that part of a discipline we name Le Parkour. I haven't mastered the wallrun yet, but some people can manage incredible height and distance, consistently hitting 5 steps before pushing away fromt the wall. I too have not learnt how to backflip, but it comes very easily, apparently, and I've read tutorials on it (like <a href='http://pub77.ezboard.com/furbanfreeflowfrm31.showMessage?topicID=22.topic' target='_blank'>this one</a>).
Nice one!
Anything... Buildings or trees. I can climb up poles and drainpipes and pull myself over gutters. Sometimes for fun I jump up and grab on to the deck of my verandah which is about 2.5 metres high, I'm about 1.8 metres high, and pull myself up. I've climbed rock faces 15 metres high without ropes too, pretty stupid in retrospect. I love abseiling too.
I can also pick locks. That's great for a laugh when I open up the telephone wiring box at my mate's college and re-arrange the lines. Linking people directly together and re-routing calls. I also always carry a DTMF tone dialer around. I bought one before they were taken off the market. They're very useful for finding out payphone numbers. ^_^
I can also quote a <b>lot</b> of monty python's best scetches from memory. Great for laughs.

Well, there's being able to quote Robin Hood: Men in Tights by heart. Might be a little rusty. Singing Tom Lehrer songs is a good one, too. But my best party trick to date...
It was at my sister's birthday party, at our place. For her birthday, she'd been given a set of juggling balls with lights in them. I helped my self to two of them, went into my room, switched them on and stuffed them down my pants, secured in place with an extra pair of underwear (no, I didn't stuff them down my underpants. Ew.).
So I come out of my room and into the family room. The lights are down, cause they're watching the movie. "Hey, check this out." I say, gesturing to my cr0tch. Lo and behold, two huge glowing balls. Ah, the looks of horror... After that, whenever I use the phrase "he whose balls light up", I get horrified expressions from those who weren't there, and groans and chuckles from those who were. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
Yeah, I'm not invited to too many parties anymore...
I can wiggle my scalp too! <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
I dont know if I have anything that weird....I can make my eyelids turn inside out... <!--emo&:0--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wow.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wow.gif'><!--endemo-->
on a side note, my back is pretty flexible (thank you family genes). my sister can make her head touch her heals! <!--emo&:0--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wow.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wow.gif'><!--endemo--> <!--emo&:0--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wow.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wow.gif'><!--endemo--> <!--emo&:0--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wow.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wow.gif'><!--endemo-->
