lol, hey art guys. it's my first post here, i think.. (outside the sigs n avs thread)

i do a lot of sketching, but that's as far as it goes, because i suck at most shading.

i've been drawing solid snake in his various stages (young, old) and outfits (different vests, seal disguise, tuxedo lol)

he's a good subject, because he's a sexamachien.


i've been doing comics with him, too.. but i've been stepping up the quality, just trying to capture his aspects in single pictures. here's one that i think is my best so far. i drew out some concepts to refresh myself, and here they are. i'm gonna take a picture of the sketch right now.

    I'm a HUGE MGS fan, solid snake is my all time fav char out of anything to be honest
    I like them poses =)
    learn to shade and you'll be killin it

    One aspect of MGS which attracted me to it all those years ago was the artwork.
    The style of the sketches were just great..along with the character design etc.

    Your Sketches are really good. Keep it up.
    Try and do a full length comic...like an on-going project.

    Oh..and Ocelot is one of the best Computer characters ever...Great design!
