<div class="IPBDescription">Loading bullet into chamber as we speak</div> Ok, Video Game Awards 2003. This is the first show I've watched thats managed to dig lower and lower with each segment. Its like some sort of pain contest to see what skit can make the audience rush to the bathroom the fastest to vomit out their kidneys and drop to their knees praying for the sweet bliss of death. Lets just go over some of the skits 30 minutes in:

10:00 - Pamela Anderson paired with David Spade.
10:12 - Storm Troopers and Vader appear out of nowhere.
10:15 - Steve O sitting on a block of ice then flashing himself. Repeatedly.
10:16 - Skateboarders on a ramp not actually doing any stunts, just back and forth endlessly.
10:20 - Wrestling.
10:30 - Asia Carrera.
10:34 - Tribute to the Pong Dot.

They get worse after each commercial. Im expecting male jello wrestling as the finale at this rate. Why must the gaming industry be butchered so badly on TV? *sigh*

    Remember, it can <i>always</i> be worse. They could interrupt the show towards the end by having John Romero jump onstage to announce that he's taken over as project lead for Doom 3, Thief 3, HL2, Fallout 3, and the remainder of the Daikatana trilogy.     don't be ashamed, just feel sorry for all the possible future gamers that will once again "realize" that gaming is for super nerds. This is a sad sad day indeed. Whats really bad is I only caught the very end of it.

    yea i posted about this awhile ago, allyourhive was right, it was om spike tv so it sucked, no nominees. i bet they just picked the game whos company payed the most to win, or picked andom games which "non" big gamers like, also as u can tell noone on stage actually "liked" it there. there was more **** then game nominations

    Not really, I was also guessing every award would either be
    1) Pur slaughter fest , aka a GTA-like game
    2) Sports
    3) Has to do with rap in some shape or form.
