Remocing the scope would be a good idea if you get the proper permission, as with a polycount of ~4k that gun will murder your framerate <!--emo&:0--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wow.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wow.gif'><!--endemo-->

To tell you the truth, I had already compiled burn's XM8 and slapped a quick skin on it. The gun is pretty lack luster from the viewer's angle. The fov crap in HL is partly to blame.
If you can get that mesh released then you can skin, animate, and you're v_ model is done. 4k-poly p_ models will kill medium-to-low-end machines though. Hint hint.

The skin looks great, could someone do the bump-mapping like Brig does on his guns?
