There was a certain SomethingAwful goldmine which wittily pointed out something along these lines. But, to spare you from the freaking transsexual you'll have to find it yourself.

Anyway, I hear it's a good game, so I'm bound to try it... hopefully soon.

System Shock 1 and 2 are both awesome, as is Deus Ex. I've heard that PC Gamer will include the full version of Deus Ex in the January/February magazine. Not sure if it's true or not.

I've gone through Deus Ex twice, took me ~24 hours on my second run. System Shock 2 took me between 10 and 20 hours my first go, and around 8-10 on all my re-plays.

You can't afford to miss any of these... and do yourself a favor. Play on at least Normal, and don't use FAQs for them.

Another awesome game is Anachronox. It's also from Ion Storm. It's a RPG with a really cool story, great characters, and it is one of the funniest games I've ever played.

BAHAH! I have all sorts of games.

I'm compiling a list of all my games. Once I get everything set, I'll set them up to be sold.

Here's the list so far - but it's not open for sale yet.

You can get all 3 of these games from EBay and thats about it! (Trust me I have LOOKED EVERY WHERE I GO!)

    As for Deus Ex Machina

/me points at his 3rd year Clasics Major Girl Friend Sitting behind himself.

Latin dosn't Have a word for THE

So yes, God from(or out of) Machine is the literal translation, however To place it into proper english we insert the word 'the' (Latin dosn't use it b/c it is understood, to say the apple you would simply say the word for apple and thats it)

    so pbbbt <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo--> (note I am poking fun at you b/c you are being silly <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->)

And as my GF says, "Go and transalte Latin texts for 3 years then come and debate the fine points of lating <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->"

    As for Deus Ex:
It hated it for a long time
    Reasons Why:
    1) It runs like crap on most older end computers (specialy ones that were out around then)
    2) The Stelth options are just a PAIN to pull off in the first level (aka the demo)
    3) They give you ll these great option (I CAN HAVE A FRIKEN ROCKET LAUNCHER??? WOOOT) That are pointless
    4) Going full on death mode tends to not work.

Basicaly the first mission is one of the hardest (well for like the first part of the game, I JUST got to the first big plot twist)

and thats all you realy see in the demo, soooo... <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Oh, and SS2 just rocks

Though again it has the same falling out that DEX has.
There is one path that is just that much better, and that path is the path of the intrusions expert.

If you can hack/crack/pick/sneak your way into a point you will be so much better off then if you try to relie on guns and what not (b/c you will get surplus ammo as opposed to running out of it constantly <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->)
