Didn't think so

Please - realize circumstances and think before you say such incredibly stupid things as "lol...talk about selling out... ," hit yourself in the testicular region until you realize how narrow-minded you're being Please realize the implications of such a mass amount of webspace with little retail cpapbilities, as it were. Think, and you'll understand.

(I apologize for the mean attitude - I'm just damn tired of all the Gamespy-bashing that seems to be so popular nowadays. If you dislike Gamespy, get your news somewhere else. It's as simple as that.)

Firstly: They're not running it out of their pocket if they're use ads. They're running it off advertising profits.

Secondly: I don't use their lame gamespy network, so why should I donate to it?

Thirdly: I proliferated no "Gamespy-bashing" ;I was just simply stating facts (with minor opinionating adjectives). All of which, to me, present problems with how Gamespy runs it's website - besides it's hyperactive use of ads.

Fourthly: I presented a perfectly legitimate other source, which gives out the information with less hassle....and a shorter name to boot.

Lastly: I'm sure the above stated opinions, and those in my first post, are concurrent in some respects to at least a couple forumites...probably those afore-mentioned "Gamespy-bashing" people. Their purpose is probably to educate people as to why they shouldn't use gamespy, and should seek alternate sources of informing themselves (despite the fact they don't always present another source - ie ign.com, Shacknews).

Just thought I'd point that out.

This is why a site like Maddox's is such a nice place to visit after all of those Duck Hunt games and picking the right pig.
