No dubblix :( it comes in a two disc PAPER dvd cover, similar to X-Men or Pulp Fiction Collector's Edition, if you've seen either of them. Bleh, Paper is less sturdy than plastic you nubs! I want a cover that is gonna be around 10 years from now when I decide to play this again...
It's a sad day inside ol' Dubbilex's head... <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo--> *falls to knees* <i>WHYYYYYYY!?!?</i>
That's...disappointing. Couldn't they have <i>at very least</i> given us a jewel case?
I've played through MP2 once and am already partway through my second. I played through the first one 5 times (once on each of the four difficulty levels, and once with the Kung Fu mod).
The new bullet time and physics are extremely cool, now that I've gotten used to them - it took me a while to catch on to the fact that you can reload almost instantly in bullet time (and once I caught on, the sawed-off became my best friend again). And I love the "Address Unknown" theme.
However, I didn't like this one's story and writing quite as much as I liked the original's. I find myself skipping over the graphic novel and cutscenes the second time through, whereas when I played the first one, I savored every line of cheesy dialogue, even the fifth time through. I'm also blowing away every friendly character I meet because I'm still bitter about the ending, which felt even more hollow than the ending to MP1.
Oh well. Still worth playing. <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->

I too want MP2.

I can testify in favor of MP2. Go buy it now. No no no no! Don't THINK about it, just DO it. Get up, go outside, and go BUY it. *Does bad Jedi Force impression* You WANT to buy Max Payne 2.

Pretty darn hard.
*runs from Nem's wrath*
MP2 looks cool though, better then the first which was cookie-cutter at times.
