Deus Ex is TECHNICALLY an RPG, in a sense. That game will keep you going for a LONG time.

can try adventure games, which are like lite RPGs

I've heard mixed things about <i>Temple of Etc.</i> It's apparently buggy, and also adheres strictly to the AD&D rules from what I've heard.

<i>Knights of the Old Republic</i> is meant to be good. The Light Side is probably going to be really annoying, full of that pseudo-philoshopical crap, so I hope the Dark Side is well catered for.

I never played Chrono Trigger -will have to ROM it. Chrono Cross is beautiful tho, tho I agree not actually *that* good
