It arrives instantly , the A$. You can use it to buy PP but be forewarned they go to your lowest-number planet. Which is why my recently colonized Beta Ancha 1 went from 1-3 level buildings to lvl 10-12 with enough for 2 BS's.

No it doesn't.

It takes about a day for it to transfer.
Some thing for Artifacts.

Once he actually sells the SU the money is there. Then he can use it instantly.

I was referring to it being instant once the sale is final.

Ok your all wrong in parts and your al right in other areas.

I jsut read all the AW manuals and FAQs

Once you sell something it wont be processed until 300 GMT time.

then you will get the money. Once you HAVE the money you can buy PP INSTANTLY.

Howeve rin beta 3 it goes to your TOP planet in your planets list. or your largest one.

I jsit got my 1,487 PP so im happy.

Uhm, you mean like I said it would?

The Sale doesn't get processed for a while. However, once the A$ arrive, you can spend them instantly on the PP's. PP arrive instantly at your lowest # planet.

Like I said in the beginning!

I have 2 supply units, and tried to sell them (it gave me the option to) but when it said quantity, it read 0... was it still sold?

Hmm...just caught on to this (from Cpl.Davis’ story) – it looks great, and I’ve just signed up and started. I’ve signed up as NS-Parhelion, in <b>Beta Rukbat al-dajajah</b> (4,64) with what looks like three other new/afk people, and am looking forward to getting things going <img src='http://www.natural-selection.org/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'>

I’ve begun research on Social and construction of a Robotic Factory...I plan to get some more Factories/Hydroponic Farms (4/4) and then work on taking over some other planets. Are there any tips that I should know? Thanks in advance.

My suggestion is to get about 3-5 Robo Fac and 2-4 Hydro Farms. Then save up, build 3 destroyers, and go attack an AFK'er. Sell the ensuing Supply Unit. Relish in about 700-1000 PP, for about 90 PP.

I just had a battle, won it, but I lost 30 BS and got 2000 EXP.

I lost 15k pps in BS's
Now I only have 50 BS's left!

Since I have no offical homeworlds Ive resorted to the nomadic stratedgy.

I quickly move to another system, take out some starbases, and small fleets to get EXP and SUs. Then i sell that to get A$ to get PP to get more ships. Then i colonise a single planet upgrade my science for a while then I move on.

I make agreements with the high level inhabinates of the new places I go to . Ill build a planet with lots of research centers and no defenses. Let me stay for a while then Ill leave and turn the planet over to them at no military cost to them.

Works every time. My fleet is slowly getting bigger and my tech is slowy rising.

Im trying to make it to my 3 friends systems on the opposit corner of the universe lol.

This system leap frog strat is going well so far. And it makes playing this way a different challenge.

But I think you would need a HUGE fleet for it to work well.
Also how can you move far, How would you be able to see far planets to move to?

Well, once he leapfrogs, then I think the visible systems shift. But that sounds like a really fun way. Kind of hard if the big people backstab you.

Oh yeah, Davis, if you want a homesystem, Beta Ancha -55, -61 still has about only half the planets colonized/captured.

and I'd be willing to split it 50/50 with a NS'er.

Your visiblity stays around the planet you get when u first registered at however if you colonise a planet on the outskirts of that range you can increase it alittle. Plus I keep upgrading biology. Ill keep system hopping until It gets to expensive but I wont have to worry about that for a while now. And im at level 10.

And Smoke Nova thanks for the offer but im at (5/-63) so Im sorta near you but its gonna take me along time lol to get over there so dont wait up.

my bio while high is still stuck near my old system so i m currently going to take over an entire system for a while so I can exploit its resources (to put up my bio of course <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'> )

Then if this guy named drjonez keep pursuing me I might have to move again.

I swear that guys entire mission in life is to exterminate me. Hes been floowing me around forever! Hey all, I just wanted to post something in here, I signed up some time ago, and I've got 2 allies from the NS community now, Tubel and Uranium235!
I also sent a fleet to some guy who looked pretty dangerous, his home system was attacked and he only had one planet left in a system between uranium235 and me. His starbase was going up pretty fast and I thought he was up to something, so I sent my fleet eventually.

Congratulations! Your attacking fleet was victorious at Alpha Alterf 1. You lost about 85% and gained 3075 experience points from (profile)
D:303/C:12/B:26 vs D:27/C:23/B:35/S:11

I know, it wasn't a balanced fleet, but I had to assemble it very quickly and it worked(kind of, seeing how he wiped out 85% of it).

I'm happy now though, the 11 SU's I got from the battle was worth the hassle.

Yea his name is drjonez

His home system is Alpha Scheat (7/-58)

he currently occupies all but one planet in that system.
1 /11/ 12 drjonez

And that one single remaining planet is only a level 2 population. He also occupies 2 planets in my old homeworld systemto its north Beta Alfecca Meridiana (7/-59)

He is currently working on killing off all the remianing resistance (which is very little). He has multiple BS and lots of other fun stuff. He has a 7-78% player level.

we should all try to start at the same time and try to form a more official sort of alliance.

also, would it be possible to name (or vote for) one player in our alliance to be the 'winner' -- and help that person try to win the game on behalf of the NS community?

we could send that player all our extra cash and defend him and stuff...
