    In classic digesting marines count as "dead" for ending the game purposes. One would guess they would/could do the same thing.

    see my problem with new versions is, that u guys, @ developers, give ure test version to these ****** " elite clans" becoming more experienced and better than the hole community.

    its a reason for quitting playing with the gorgeus mod, playing the specialists.

    hope that other players also would do as me.

    and sorry community for my bad english, its 01:03 here in germany.

    Good, it seemed to easy to get jp/hmg for 4 upgrades before.

    It's good to know its hauling a** on the balance, cause that means it'll be good.

    Have fun.

    Well they needed some high level cordinated players that were willing to deal with the betaness of the game.

    They did a service playing the game when it was super rough around the edges.

    It's hard to see that they got much of an advantage as the flaya seems to stay pretty solid on versions for 6 months to a year.

    The only advantage you could get playing a new versions is figuring out new strategies, and those don't exactly stay secret for very long.

    While upgrade requirements for certain weapons is nice, I think it would be better if there were <b>level requirements</b>. It allows more versatility with your upgrade choices.

    I believe that babblers should be readded for Gorges in Combat.

    Not going to happen. All abilities/lifeforms/skills/upgrades are to be kept the same as normal NS.

    Why not simply replace the gorges weapons?

    HL can only handle 32 weapons loaded in the game at any particular time, so weapon limits shouldnt be an issue between NS:C and Regular NS.

    My idea:

    <!--QuoteBegin--></span><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>QUOTE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin-->

    Make the Third and Fourth weapon slots for the gorge like the Aura's from Warcraft 3.

    The third "Weapon" for the gorge would be a kind of damage enhancing aura that allows Alien attacks to do "X" times normal damage, where X is a balanced figure, like 1.2 times normal damage (so skulk goes from 70 --> 84).

    The fourth weapon for the gorge would be a kind of "Bacterial Aura" which enhances the effectiveness of all alien abilities in a given radius.

    Each weapon must be selected and fired. Each weapon drains adrenaline. The gorge is also quite vulnerable as he is unable to fight back if he is shot, and so must be defended.

    This, in my opinion, would relegate the gorge to an advanced support unit and keep the gorge in play.

    <!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->

    In any case, make the gorge an uber support unit, as it most certainly has a place (In my opinion) in NS:C.

    snarks are still in NS as a weapon (I can make a screenshot to prove it <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo--> ) so babblers COULD be added for the gorge after all.

    Then why not make bile-bomb good for something against marines.

    My suggestion is to give bile bome a push effect like xeno. It give a very skilled gorge/alien team a counter to HA trains.

    And would encourage mixed teams of JPs/HAs for the JPs to take care of Oni and the Harrassing gorges.

    This would also let gorges trap JPers by setting up a web then pushing them into it.

    Just boost the power of spit/healspray and nerf web a little bit and the gorge would be great in NS:C

    Or you could add a infantry damaging rate for bile bomb. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Now that bile bomb is not straight line there isn't a particular reason it shouldn't hurt people (in classic).

    It's not like the gorges are gonna be owning up on people using BB ever. The only place this would be particularly powerful would be powersilo.

    Or you could make bilebomb slow down movement, slow down/stop jps.

    So that there might be a 2 hive counter to jps thats not sporing everywhere or hoping to hit with spikes. The rational is that a bilebomb junks up the jp and so jps can't be used for like 1 second or .5 second after getting hit by a BB (or something very similiar to the refire of BB). So a team of gorges/skulks could keep jps rooted (on ground) then eat em.

    This would of course mean that jps would need to be cheapened.

    According to the changelog threads, no changes have been made to regular NS yet? or just add an armor damage factor to bilebomb, so you can't kill with it, but with bilebombing armor and spitting health you can kill them quite quickly.
