In order for graphic card and computer industries to progress into greater things, game companies have to come out with games that have stunning graphics, which require top of the line computer systems. In time, lets say a year, hl2 will be playable by a lot of people, because by then most people will have upgraded their computer. Hence "rinse and repeat."
So in order for me to play this game, I will have to get a job and save at least 500 dollars to play this game the way I would want to play it. As real and beautiful as it was during the E3 videos.
