Here she is, almost completely rebuilt from last nights bevel frenzy! Poly count stands at 1,100 exactly.

    Ok gentlemen, i've done the v_model weapon, but that's it. I unfortunately have no patience for UV mapping/animating, i still have lots to learn with modelling before i want to delve into these areas. So i'm releasing a .zip, it contains an optimised version of this LMG (~860 polies), there may still be hidden faces, i'm not sure.     My only question is how would the bullets go from thier Diagonal position to thier horizontal position when its fired out the barrel?

    AK-47's have banana-clips (I believe they're called). While M16's (Again, not 100% on this) have both banana clips and flat clips.

    The clip curves on the way up and ends up parallel with the barrel. As shown;

    I'm not a gun-fanatic, hell, I'm against people owning them in the first place; I don't own or plan to ever own any sort of firearm. Australia's gun laws are very strict, which I'm more than greatful for, I only hope that one day most gun-owners/Governments will realise the same.

    I just know a lot about them from reading, watching and playing games. It doesn't hurt to know about something, its what you do with that knowledge that counts <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->
