If the creators of a mod regards r_drawviewmodel 0 as an exploit and tries to prevent turning it to 0 that is their choice, removing the model either by r_drawviewmodel 0 or by replacing the model with a smaller one or removing the muzzle sprite is deemed as an exploit by almost everyone, it is not intended and it DOES help alot, so it gives an advantage you should'nt have.
Killing is definetly part of the game but it is arguably not the most important part of the game.

haha ,, yeah welcome to my world, with things like quake and sof2 i used the gun for a short period where i got sued to reload times and change over times,, ns took me about 1 day to find a gun/teeth removal cmd, the sad thing is if i put them back on it wouldnt really affect me much,, quake maybe but sof2 guns are rather smooth.. ns guns are not they flash too much,, and the welder no not an attacking weapon is a key example.
there are a few more methords for removing teeth, 1 is to just add custom models in that have the model deleted or moved aside, a 2nd id rather not mention as it will probably be covered up in a future patch from cd or something, a mate also informs me someone has done it another methord. thou a 3rd doesnt seem posible <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo-->
well put it this way,, any game that on purpose has a gun animation that annoys its players is rather lame, just as well as teeth,, strange i didnt know the skulks eyes were behind the teeth :S,,,
and as a skulk i can take down some of the best 1v1 if there rine, and sometimes all game i dont normaly die much on alien,, and if there noob , then i normaly dont have much trouble, on top of that silence and its all over rines go no chance to expand which is what im seeing in alot of games,,
active res point count 3 vs 6,, soon goes to 1v9. then if that isnt enough,, since skulks have pwned all the start of the game rines got to fight off onos well before they can get ha..

Bogglesteinsky, i dont really care if aliens beat me but i wish to play on fair grounds and atm a marine needs to keep a 5/1 ratio for there team to keep a location/resnode and advance, if i have a great big gun flashing my screen away and then die ,, well of corse im gonna be ****.
btw the 5/1 is in relation to war matches i have had, and skulks with celerity and the skill to just dive at u and not miss twice,, trust me with the gun u got no chance. and im refering to the skulks that can bunny hoop like there scripting.
1 more question, is sv_pureserver go on file size or creation code(forgot its name)

jedilamma is probably playing from a war situation, because of the aliens ability to just keep comming and skulk health, its bad to die, gives your enermy res and in the long run on a public server it doesnt make much difference in a war a few deaths can mean a onos to aliens team and loss of res and a position to rine team.
thou i have said this it still is about team work and strat, marines must stick together,, but if a onos comes though earlyer then when u have ha hmg,, ur in alot of trouble.
