<div class="IPBDescription">plus animations...</div> Okay Some time ago the SC Marine was released.... then someone released some animations that made there idle animation look better, they carried the gun in one arm. Im attaching the animation below (hopefully) could someone please decompile the model and compile it again with the animations in it please? (I cant cuz no halflife.bin file)

I dont have milkshape just the compiler and decompiler tools thats in the Modeling 101 post
The short answer would be yes, I suppose. Probably the best thing to do would be to go throught the bit about seting up a .bat file for studiomdl.exe in Modelling 101 - you probably just made a small mistake somewhere that'd be easy to fix, but without knowing where that mistake is it's easiest to just start over.
I recommend using the decompiler/compiler that is found in the Modeling 101 sticky.

... okay did you even read what I said like 2 posts ago!?
And Nothings wrong witht he .bat file its pointing right to the studiomdl.exe file but when I try to compile the QC model a dos window pops up then goes away like in a milasecond nothing happens

lol sorry I just read that now
Ill compile it for ya
Also, you might wanan check these things:
1) It would do that if you were telling it to open with the bat instead of the exe.
2) It will do that if you renamed the ref model
3) It will do that if one of the first animations or skins is renamed/missing
