For my map(s): NS_Shattered died in the arse. NS_Retribution has arisen from it's ashes, and is about 20% there. No screenies, as the entire thing is being built in NULL <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->.
ns_gladius went back to 0% a little while ago with me deciding to switch to quark, and forgetting to back up what hammer based mapfiles I had created when I reformatted. Now it will stay at 0 while I fill up a test map with all the random stuff I can find for my new editor.
Finally got my thumb out of my arse and got to work with one of my layouts. <b>All</b> basic architecture is done, and I've begun texturing it with generic textures. I hope to have a version ready for balance check in a couple of weeks...or tomorrow...lots of factors involved there. There is still a very real risk of the project being dumped in a folder never to be heard of again, as well.

My map Ns_Ghost was at a good 8% I'd say, then my comp crashed - lucky I'd named an old build Ns_Ghost[WoRkInG] so I got about 4% back, which isn't too bad really. my map is in a stage where i need it beta tested in a serious sort of way. id say im 8590% done with it right now. i need to tweek teh balence of the level with some hard core ns types, as opposed to my current pts who are really just a buch of random dudes. architechture is done, unless i add a hall way but thats not currently in teh plans until after i io get a good pt in. currently tetures are about 10% redone. i need to finish working up a good theme before i get the gneeric textures done. but yeah right now you can get the most recent public beta at <a href='http://nsworld.ns-central.co.uk/Map.php?UniqueID=162' target='_blank'>ns world</a>. any way check it out and if you know some one who wants to play test it let me know. the otehr real problem being i have no broad band till august which makes the upload action a little hard.

It's not a matter of having a place to host it. I can do that myself... my main issue right now is that I think it should get more testing, but I spend so much time mapping for my new boss I don't have any time to playtest, tweak, etc my own maps...

The original Attrition was scrapped and Valley Forge was renamed to Attrition. Dante is a concept I've got on the backburner until I finish Attrition and Frigid (in that order) or run out of inspiration for them.

I'm making a map called ns_workinprogress, I am trying to assemble it from odd bits and pieces I have mapped(I have a huge, huge bunch of gunk that I have mapped). Allthough the individual pieces aren't that bad they don't really fit togheter. This map will with all certainty never be finished. I'd say it is at about 20% now but I would be lying because when it gets pretty much done I will somehow get lots of new ideas that I never put in and start modifying the map, if it can't be done with the map without extencive modification I will probably start a new project in which I envision all the cool things about my old map + alot of new things I wan't in...
The new map will almost certainly be created by pieces of my old map + various spare things and and some new things that I made for the map. i started a new one it is awesome im currently about 75 % done short exactly one have and have been working on it for just over three weeks witha bit of entity work it shoudl be done by the end of teh week , that and i think ive abnadonded confsed maybe not ill have to lookat it again after this one is done.
so how far with you 2.0 stuff? after the first weeks of 2.0 confusion I came to the point, where I start to add custommaps to the 2.0 cycle of our servers cycle. I <u>only</u> will add maps designed for 2.0
