and the skin is different so i changed the creadits

Second, you are aware that admitting to having the original of this is absolutely retarded. There's no legal way you have the model for this.
Considering how wound up id Software got about the alpha being leaked, i'm sure spreading it further's a <i>really</i> nice thing to do.
Try remodelling it yourself or something, the Doom3 model will be far too high-poly to use in HL.

EDIT: Head crab just change the origin and THERE YA GO i forgot to change the origins :/ so the reload animations goes through your view.

Actually there is a.... certain.... build one could obtain the models from....
Edit: Second, the Doom 3 model isn't that high-poly, the bump-mapping and vertex shaders and other things are what give it the pazazz.
