Hey, I'm just a gamer like everyone else. I appreciate the kind replies <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo--> I played CS for a long time, and TFC/HL DM before that. I picked up NS early this year and have been hooked ever since. So I became a Constellation member (freeware coders have to stick together) and now run a server.
If you really love playing this game, you should also become a Constellation member. Even if you can only donate $5, I'm sure the NS team will appreciate it. I <i>know</i> they can use it. Flayra is trying to make this pay off financially, and while knowing very little about him and his financial status, I know how hard that can be. I have many friends that have tried and could not make ends meet financially to continue following their dream. They're back in boring and uninspiring day jobs. Yeah, not quite "in the business." I do know lots of people who are. I have worked on retail games, but only one made it to release. Here's my feeble gaming history:
I just finished High School. I will be attending Eastern Connecticut State Univeristy next Fall... I'm very nervous about it and worried about failure... Right now, I work in a grocery store, and for the most part, work in the bakery.

I am a student of the "prestigious" <a href='http://www.kish.cc.il.us/' target='_blank'>Kishwaukee Community College</a>. I'm also the editor in chief of the newspaper there, which is funny since I got a D in english, but it means I get to go to school for free. At any rate, I start studying programming in the fall.
In the outside world I work at a crappy little grocery store, I'm looking for a new job right now so I can afford to move out of the house.
And then of course, I play NS, hang out on the internet, and hang out with Avatar at his place... despite the fact that I work I still have a lot of free time.
