<div class="IPBDescription">List 'em, from both movies</div> I tend to notice small things in movies a lot - especially the kinds of guns or other weapons people use. Maybe I just play too many computer games. Anyhoo, here's as many of the weapons as I could remember:
First Movie:
Trinity uses dual Berreta m92s as well as a micro uzi without strap or folding stock, throwing knives, and a stolen SPAS-12 Assault Shotgun
All agents use desert eagles (duh)
Switch carries but never fires a Five-Seven handun
Similar situation with Apoc, but with an Uzi Carbine
Morpheus is too leet for guns in the first film.
Neo uses a whole smackload of guns in the first film - Berretas, Skorpians (not sure of exact make of the weapon), micro uzis, m4a1, 20mm helicopter mounted vulcan cannon, possibly more that I cannot remember
Tank and Cypher take turns cooking each other with the lightening-gun thing
If you count all the weapons in the contruct, there's a TON. I spotted an FN-FAL, G3, too many AK weapons to mention, various HK submachine guns and more.
If anyone knows about the make of the helicopter used in the film, I'd like to hear it. I always remembered it as a UH-60 Black Hawk, but when I watched the DVD again over the weekend I recognized differences in the structure, and it was reffered to by a different designation.
Reloaded:
Neo - Iron pole, long sword, a Smith used as a weapon in the "Sea of Smith" scene, and chinese dagger-like weapons whose name escapes me for some inexplicable reason, dispite their fame as Ninja Turtle "Raphael's" favored weapons
Trinty - Micro-Uzis
Morpheus - Glock-18 w/ massive extended clip, katana, and one more handgun. I don't know the name, but it was used by Bond in Die Another Day. Has an integral laser sight, I think it's a USP derivative.
Ghost - No idea, never got a good look at them. Enlighten me, please.
Persephone - 4-barrel Derringer handgun
The Twins - tiny little switchblade knife, UMP .45
Agents - again, all desert eagle, and semi trucks
The balcony scene features a host of weapons. For firearms, I saw a Thompson w/ drum clip, G36 style weapon with grenade luancher, most likely a G36k or G36 compact, and several M4A1's. I think other weapons were present as well. As for the melee weapons used, a variety of polearms and swords were used, although I cannot identify most of them. I think the asian chick was using a gladius and Roman shield, but I'm not sure.
If I missed anything, fill me in.

That would be a Sai

They both fire them, but only for a few seconds. When they're behind the wall, and they slide down to that car park thing, they both fire them into the crowd of SWAT people.

Looks like two Tommy Guns, dont know the technical name of em though (i'm an idiot)
tommygunns.
and the other handgun morpheus uses in reloaded could it possibly be a P99?
made by walther.. that is bonds new weapon..
EDIT: the balcony scene has an g36 (k i think) with an underslung AG36
It's not a p99 cause it was fully auto.
and the Fully auto couldve been the glock 18 which has an auto function and it would explain the clip but the new bodn gun is a wlather p99
Fatteh! <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
And you guys missed the coolest weapons of all, the striaght edge razors the twin ghosts used.
And I mentioned the Twins' mini-knives.
also, you missed APOC with a TMP. he bursts once or twice or something. it's hard to recognize unless ur teh M@s70r. it has a FAT front handle, which he holds. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
uh, skorpion issue. it's been discussed a lot. they used a non-standard (or completely nonexistant) magazine (curved). it's supposed to be straight. they also used really retarded shells to make it look badass, and they apologized later. unfortunately, my friends, the skorpion is NOT israeli, or russian, as some may have been thinking. it's a czechoslovakian or yugoslavian gun in 7.65mm browning (.32 acp). produced from 1960-75 in large quantities. some have been rechambered for 9mm short and parabellum. the yugoslav company Zastava named theirs the m84. there are a lot in commie countries, and in central africa. the mag cap is 10-20 rnds, and it fires at 850 rds/min.
edit: ALSO, i don't think there's a single m4a1 in matrix 1. i might be wrong. but there aren't any in the lobby sequence. they were m16a2s. badabing!
those things get frickin LARGE normous.
and m4s are pretty big too.
so i assume you're not talking about the m4 carbine of the m16 and the benelli m3 super 90 shotgun. now, i am clueless. but if you ARE talkin about the shotty, they come real short, or real big. thats why i said they GET that big.
but which m4 are you talking about? (and if you're not talking about the m4 commando, maybe you're talking about the m4a1, which is A1 of the m4! not many people know that)
I have to use my knowledge of guns from games & films since I've never touched a real one - England, you dig <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo--> . Neo uses dual berettas too on the rooftop.
No - I thought that when I saw that film, but I found out later that the Wachowskis invented that weapon specifically for their film. It deosn't exist, though they based it on a Tommy Gun. They call it a "BFG-50K". Spot the Doom reference there.
Apoc doesnt have a TMP. He has hat looks like an Ingram Mac 11. You can plainly see it when they show the team trying to excape down the inside of the wall. When he and Switch fall down into the basement and come up fireing, he is gripping the single handle with both hands. There is no second handle.
As to the guns Mouse is using i realy dont think those are Thompsons. OR if they are, they are REALLY REALLY customised. These guns have totaly different stocks and barrels. Plus the handles he is holding them with go INSIDE the drum magazines not behind them. The drum mags he is using are hallowed out and they fit around the handle. They COULD be a VERY heavily modified M4 by the looks of the barrel and the butt stock but i say again, VERY heavily modifed due to the position of the drum mags.
Switch does not have a 5.7 either. While im not totaly sure it looks like a colt .45 or a browning Hi Power. You can see this in the scene after tank finds the blue print of the 11 floor wet wall and the scene cuts to a group pic of everyone. Switch is on the left and Apoc is on the right.
In the lobby scene all the guards use older version M16A1s, you can tell by the type of barrel shroud that is used. its not the newer ribbed style that the M16A2 has. The guards on the roof top are armed wit the same ones. There are no M4s anywere. Also of note they guards are using older style 20 round magazines.
However in the Matrix reloaded, when the group of 6 guys shoot at Neo and he stops al the bullets one of the bad guys does have a custom carbine 9mm version of the M4. Basically its the same m4 carbine but it uses a straight thinner 9mm magazine. One person here also has an Uzi varient as well.If you dont believe me look at the the trailer for Matrix 2 and freeze it at this scene.

<a href='http://www.benelliusa.com/m4_super90/' target='_blank'>http://www.benelliusa.com/m4_super90/</a>
these two.
PS: my brother owns the m3 w/ pistol grip and ghost ring sight.
Revolutions trailer? where did you see that ? ive only seen reloaded and the film too but ive not seen the trailer for revolutions <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo-->
In Reloaded Morpheus is using a glock 18C - you get one in Enter The Matrix.
Anyone ever notice that the Agents Desert Eagle's fire way too many shots for the 7 (+1 breached) clips? Of course, they could be using Desert Baby Eagle's (.357 instead of .50AE)
I can tell ya for a fact it aint a UH-60...
/me pulls out The Matrix 1 DVD...
Its a B212 Heli, just looked at the film...

DE holds 7 +1 when its chambered for .50. They shoot more b/c they are probably using .357 mag or .44 mag.
The big DEs can be chambered for more rounds then just the .50 Action Express round.
Baby Desert Eagal looks nothing like the full sized DE that are used in the movie, Hope ya found this helpful. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
