Well, i'm not that fanciful of Jackhammer either, but it might be refreshing to have a revolver-type nade launcher right? hahaz. I'll rather the Saiga 12 (Russia) with 5 or 8 clip mag. And the shotgun that was chosen for this pack was the Mossberg 590 "Compact Cruiser". Hehe.. my fav shotty... compact, small, and pack a huge punch.

Now, you tink the jackhammer was powerful, check this out. I discovered this in Enter the Matrix, and its a south african shotteh! It has 12 rounds in the rotary chamber. I dunno why we are talking of shotty when we are discussing nades but hey! its cool aint it?
Most nade launchers this days, don't really have a clip, usually revolver type, and it aint cool enuff for NS. So what do you guys tink we should have for the nader?

Heres the protector (US also had a model called streetsweeper, with an 18" elongated barrel to comply with US firearms laws.)

what about the USAS? that's nice.

also.. think anyone else could do a reskin with different uniforms, cuz wilderness camo looks weird in spaceships (to me).
does anyone know the spanish Ameli mg? i'm sure you do sheena...

someone has to know it.

ok in the Sheena style here are the stats.

It looks like an MG42 but the firing mechanism is totally different. Like a lot of HK stuff (g3s, mp5s), it uses the roller-locked delayed blowback mechanism. You can slap a bipod or tripod on it, it's got a quick change barrel, extremely nice gun.

caliber is 5.56 x 45mm nato
length is 38.2in
weight is 14lb
barrel length is 15.74 inches (40 centimeters)
feed: belt fed
rof: 850 or 1200 rounds per minute
operates with a hatch cover, like an m60 ( or of course mg42 ).

if you need to know any other useless crap about it just ask. i can tell you the rifling,t he markings, how to unload it, the safety mechanisms, the parts it has that are interchangeable with other guns.....

i won't waste your time. ASK if you want the info

PS: this a really awesome gun, you guys. i don't wanna see it go to waste.

WOW guys, suddenly the thread just exploaded with ideas, plus a new member (coil do i get a prize for making a person reg to the forums just to reply to a thread?! )

few probs with some of those guys.
First gun:
Jack Hammer - yes i gotta admit, that rocks. But remember shells in game load one at a time, so i dont think that would work.
Ak-74/47 nah not the type of gun im looking for, BUT it has given me an idea.
MG42 hhhmmmmmm i dunno. theres no ready converted model about, but if there is its from DoD, and would have to be converted. Such a big job on one model would take just tooo long.
Tiny SOCOM .23 too small, lol want something with UMFFP!
PRK nah too erm russian, to me would just loook weird in game.

but to every one who has give me ideas of all these weapons, thank you very much, im soo pleased with the out come.

For the player model i hacked. I may do different Camo versions, like Russian Camo, Brit Camo, German Camo u name it its probs out there. lol

How about this. For the JackNader(jackhammer type nader, i hope u get wat i meant) We can do a speed load, 4 rounds into the chamber at once, close it, should be the same speed as a nader. And i guess mk.23 might be abit small. How about a desert Eagle instead since it has a punch? DE.357 would be nice, with a 9+1 clip. Possibly with a USP .45cal Match? It looks big, packs a punch, and Lara Croft uses it! Or how about FN Five-Seven since you guys were hot on the P90. But a P90 although has more firepower to a 9mm, or even 10mm, it still loses out to 5.56/7.62 nato.

For the LMG i still suggest something more like the SA-80, SAR21 type since its pretty new. Famas super big handle on the top aint really that hot anymore since its already 30 years old. HMG should be a heavy or medium MG though. Preferberly something with clout and able to handle box magazine. M60 although old, is still very realiable, realistically being able to be carried with 250 ammo in a box. And is big enough to be looked as a monster. The Nader still has some problems. I know that you don't really wanna model the whole thing, so how about using back the OICW? A more detailed and realistic one? Not that i dont wanna agree with the nice MGs that you guys suggested, but i tink it would be very tiring for ArgOnatH to model and skin it from scratch right?

Personally i like the SWAT type camo. Seems very professional to me. Hehe. Call me a police-freak or JusticeLover but this is wad i feel.

Singapore Assault Rifle 21 (SAR-21) might just be one of the best rifle in the world right now. Its 30% more accurate than M16A2(Singapore's current rifle from Colt) at 300 meters, 6 parts to field strip, fast mag reload without jamming. Fixed 1.5(3.0 optional) scope thats preZeroed and a LAM inbuild. Recoil was an absolute minimal due to fine balance and full auto on a single handgrip is possible with high accuracy. (i personally verified it myself, displeasing the sergent for wasting his clip of ammo though. But hey! it worked! LOL) And recently tested, the muzzle velocity was 200 fps faster den most other rifles firing the 5.56 round. So far from what i heard from weapon dealers is that the export version (singleshot and 3rb instead of semi and full auto) was quite popular. Only draw back was a ROF of 650rpm. Who could blame my country for trying to save ammo. They are even using Lasers for marksmanship qualifications nowadays. Hightech stuff can kill us man... I miss the smell of cordalite (aint it addicative? SNIFF...) I seriously urge to you guys to consider this rifle, as i think it looks futuristic enough, and fulfils the LMG requirements. (and i do hope it is cuz its gonna save my **** sometime in the future.) Its possible to hack it outta the SA-80 frame with some modifications. Boy can i do serious damage with this baby...

PS: The jackhammer was not meant for the shotty. I loved your mossberg cruiser shotty. are u an arm dealer? LMAO, christ man u got some hell of some info there! Give my a pic of this SAR and i'll try and find somthing. No way im gunna do any modeling/skinning wat so ever atm, too time consuming plus i have very important exams i keep stressing about!

the current pistol that i am using atm is a HK USP MATCH and it will probs stay that way.
Current LMG is a HKG36. But the P_model i a bit small, i tried resizing it still looks erm pooh. Im gunna change this rifle cuz im not happy with it.
Current HMG HKG36c Beta C mag, not the final HMG, too small.
Knife Bayonet M9, tis sweet i love it so its staying
Naded, none as yet cuz i cant find a decen one :/. dunno whats gunna happen to it, will have to worry about it l8er.

Player model im pleased with just some clipping in the model like where he crouches, heres a pic, assigning some vertexes to different bones should do the trick, like Coil sed, no knee bones suck.

Actually, large sections of the British army would argue that the SA80 is far from spiffing due to it's annoying habit of not working and it looks like it's either going to need rebuilt ( again ) or replaced, probably by the G36 series.

To be fair, the thing was designed for high accuracy on the battlefields of central Europe, not deserts, and in these conditions it did well apparently, most soldiers however , seemed to prefer the old style SLR's.
http://world.guns.ru/assault/as24f-e.htm
These were phased out, partly because they were 7.62 calibre, rather than the NATO standard, and also because they were a tad too powerful for "urban duties" such as patrols in Northern Ireland.

The SA80, and why it sucks...

BUT, YOU MAY WANT TO IGNORE ME BECAUSE I AM SINGAPOREAN. GO FIGURE.

Id personally like to see the High Definition Marines from Op-For and/or HL instead.

SAW for HMG
MP5 for SMG (I say keep the Mp5 and not use the M4)
M9 for Pistol, etc etc.

that green forest cammo is really weird. urban cammo is better. its a starship for christ sake. heck, even blue uniforms is better. the structures should also be like crates with barrels and equipment around them.

it's so horrible people don't care about rates of fire. if what you're going for is un-realism,

why don't u just use muskets that fire at like 900 rpm?

I'd worry more about the clip size than rpm.

But to be honest, I don't worry about any of those.

If you look for realism, you are looking at a wrong game my friend.

SA-80 is old and i don't think i wanna carry it to a battle. SAR-21 yes, definately, cuz i've tried it. However we don't have the model for it (unless i do it and skin it but i'm lazy). So We have few choices like M4, G36, AK-74/47/74-SU, Steyr AUG, Famas, HK Mp5/10, HK UMP.45, P90, and one rifle people forget so often, the Sig 552 Commando (and its varients)... And Finally, one of the most futuristic weapons, with caseless ammunition of 4.7 mm, with magazine clips of 50 rounds, and having RPM of 600(full Auto) to 2000 rpm of 3rb, i present to you, Hecker and Koch, G-11! You want realism? You got 50 ammo clip, high rate of fire, futuristic looks, powerful ammunition rounds speeding up to 930-960 meters per second. What more can a guy want to shoot aliens? fast, reliable, huge ammo clip, looks cool with scope too. Although its outta production and outta funding, It exsists...

Its an Idea, but feel free to vote on any of those rifles about. The P-90/famas hybrid looks really cool.. but wonder if its feasible...

Right, to get things straight cuz u lot seem confused, there aint gunna be a SA-80 in my pack, nor will there be a G11, i think that rifle even tho its the most furturistic rifle around, is plain and boring. plus there aint no model around for me to convert.

RIGHT HERES THE DEAL. I am gunna be away from the forums for 2 weeks because of my end of skool (woooohoooooooo) exams, so more studdeing less converting/slaying skulks/running rappent and pillaging on GTA Vice City

SO WISH me luck for my exams, keep bumping ideas if u can into the thread. and i'll see u lot in 2 weeks!

I sure as hell would.

It's reliable and sturdy as hell.

And it has cool bits and a bullpup configuration.
