Chapman: Lies! The training map is 95% done. The only thing left to do is the readyroom. My part to play in this is actually pretty small - I'm simply making the setting in which Flayra can script in bots and tutorial stuff. It's Flayra who didn't have enough time to finish the training map, understandably. I'm starting to wonder now if it's still necesarry or not. Looking forward to it. It probably won't teach me anything new, but I like training levels. And if it explains a lot of the things that I had trouble grasping when I was new, so much better. NS needs to become more newbie friendly.

Actually it doesn't have to be a training map only. If Flay would co-operate with bot-makers we might get one wicked single player in too. With difficulty settings like training, easy, normal, hard, ultra-hard <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

I think it would stop the constant flow of newplayers because I bet many of them would be more than interested on trying it singleplayer if it were an option.
