Favorite Type Of Weapon
<div class="IPBDescription">Kewl lewking and bad arse</div> Whats your favorite type of weapon? Like almost every FPS has the basic weapons. Machinegun, sniper thingy, apocolyptic atomic cannon, some kind of grenade launcher thingy. Whats your favorite?
Mine would be the guidable weapons. Such as the nekita in metal gear solid or the redemer in unreal tournament.
My 2nd favorite are the sniper rifle things, low rate of fire almost 1 shot 1 kill damage and really accurate. Like the rail gun in q2 and 3, sniper rifle in DOD or the Awp in cs.
My least favorite are the high rate of fire low accuracy weapons such as the chain gun in q2, machin gun in dod.

And though im not such a Star Wars fanatic, light saber would be pretty nifty tool. It cuts, slices, dices and illuminates when you are finding your house keys 03.00pm completely wasted. And if you wouldn't find your keys, you could always get rid of the whole door <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
Despite the massive size of the longsword, I prefer rapiers. They're smaller, lighter, faster, and I'm much better with 'em. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
'Course, a longsword vs. a rapier would be an interesting fight. The longsword only has to hit once, but the rapier can bleed the opponent from a hundred cuts in the meantime.
Sniper rifel
SGun/insta kill melee (I have a tendeancy to be a sneay bugger and get right behind some one)
High RoF Perfect ACC low DMG (train it on them for a long time while you bounce around like a flea on crack, my type of wep <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->)
('course, I only want one because Toshiro Mifune uses one in <i>Seven Samurai</i>)
Im more of an axe man myself, mostly double bit battle axes.
Weird kind of wallhack.
Semi-aimbot.
Infinite wall penetration.
Always kills with 1 shot.
Not very slow reload, single shot clip.

Akimbo swords and lightsabers are cool too.

I like anything that can cause damage to my target. (chairs, crates, rocks, sticks, knives, maces, swords, handguns, submachineguns, shotguns, assault rifles, sniper rifles, explosives, chemicals, electricity, water, fire, lack of air, vehicles, buildings, stationary weapons, and of course a chainsaw/crowbar/brass knuckles, ninja stars, bowling balls.)
I'm sure im leaving a few categories out.. but you get the picture, I'll use a burning dog or parana fish if it'll get the job done!

Rocket/gren launcher
stylish weapons are higher rated - like the dual guns in UT, DE's, melee weaps etc.

The Machine Guns from Raven Shield do justice. I also like the Smartgun and Minigun from AvP2. Those were fun.

close second would be the shotgun I guess, love how you can blow away you opponent in one 'casual-style' blow in HL deathmatch, plus there's the up-close-and-personal factor ...which then makes the knife and it's relatives my third choice
