Below Zero: controller issues

In Subnautica Below Zero the inventory management has changed; however now you have to use D-pad up to add an item to the quick bar but the D-pad is also used to navigate the inventory, so you either end up with unwanted items in the quick bar or cannot add them to the quick bar because pressing D-pad up moves the item selector. This cannot be configured in the key binding options so we are stuck with this...
