Guys when i found a PDA and when i go grab them no one talk nothing happens, i go check on voice log and databank and is nothing there also... What should i do to solve this?

Side effect of clearing cache: some things are reset. Your PDAs are all reset, but are already "picked up", so clicking them just clears them from their pickup spot, but does not add anything because you already had it and checked it before. Just keep picking them all up like normal and you'll be fine.
Also, doors (forcefields) reset their status after a cache clear.
