Can not construct rocket base

The mobile vehicle bay takes the materials and nothing happens. I have tried verifying files rebooting. trying different save files. no change.

Are you on Stable or Experimental? Some players have reported changing from one back to the other can fix it.

If it's not working, switch modes, try verifying local files.

Update: Small update just hit for Experimental, which may be the v1.0 if some are still having problems (I haven't tested either way).

I have verified the local files, Steam has onwloaded 1 files but I have still issues.

I'm getting this too and I've verified my files. Am running in the stable version Jan-2018 59783. The mobile vehicle bay takes the materials and the builders move around a bit but then just hover in place next to you.

If you're in experimental mode, you're going to need to switch out of it, and attempt to build it then. If that dosen't work, attempt a file verification. If even then that does not work, you may want to attempt a complete reinstall. (Note: Experimental saves are unable to be played in stable. If you wish to play the save again, go into SNAppData, find your save, goto gameinfo.json, find the changeset, and change the changeset value to 59783)
