Cannot Recover Profile Data from Xbox Live Cloud

Upgraded my Xbox and downloaded Subnautica on to the new one, but the game can't sync my profile data from the Microsoft cloud like all my other games. When it tells me the data can't be recovered right now, the only way I can play is if it is offline.

    Try moving Subnautica's data from the old console onto an external hard drive and then transferring it that way? Not sure if the XBox will let you do this.

    EDIT: Looks like you can, MS even has a tutorial.
