    Having this same issue, doesn't make a difference which portal I go through, was a fix for this ever discovered?

    I know on Xbox it takes a few minutes, probably because of the slow hard drive and to a lesser extent CPU. So if you have a low-end system, try waiting for a few minutes and see if you get through after like 2-5 minutes.
