[Bug] Game allows building items on top of each other destroying previous item [54886]

Steps to reproduce:
1. Build a Moon Pool
2. Build a window and Vehicle Modification Station on one side
3. Try to build a corridor next to the window. It lets you do so. Corridor is attached, and window is destroyed.
4. Try to build a corridor next to the console. It lets you do so. Corridor is attached, and Vehicle Modification Station is destroyed.
Previously, the game was smart enough to disallow building items on top of each other. That is no longer the case.
(It goes without saying that building an object on top of another doesn't return the materials used to build the destroyed item.)
Very easily reproduced.
