Display Hull Integrity when the Habitat Builder is Equipped

In another thread, someone posted the suggestion that the hull integrity should always show someplace. I don't know how you would implement that. But we already have messages that display when we build something new. So, what if we just played that same message showing the hull integrity each time you equip the habitat builder? That should be infinitely easier than finding some place in the base to display the hull integrity, right?

Right, but what if you have 5 bases? I suppose it could just display the integrity of the closest base, though.

Part of the reason for that suggestion is they have a trello entry for wanting to remove that text to the side as it doesn't fit the graphics of the rest of the game and is more of a debug message. Having an item that just displays the hull integrity of the base it is built in would actually be easier then coding a detect nearest base function into the builder tool. Hmm...having it show only when the build tool is showing the deconstruct option for a base item would work too, should be easier then the other two methods now that I think of it.
