So i entered Precursor Thermal Power Generator and there was a blue artifact room missing. I thought it was a new patch bug, but it seems it's not. I did everything i could find. The only thing that i cant fix is UnityUWE.dll file, it is still 217.5 kb, and i found somewhere that it should be around 37 or something.

First, try a save and reload.

Than, you can try clearing your cache, I think you'd only need to clear the CompiledOctreesCache. See the second line of my signature below for instructions. If that doesn't work, try also deleting CellsCache (which I don't think you'll need to do, but who knows). Post back if it was CompiledOctreesCache, or CellsCache that did the trick (or if it didn't work at all).

    Hello,
I had the same problem, no key console etc. and went through: saving/ loading, then deleting the files in CompiledOctreesCache and neither worked.
Deleting the files in CellsCache did the trick though.
I'm playing Survival on the Steam version with Subnautica installed on the E: drive. Also I noticed the CompiledOctreesCache was over 2.7 GB in size which seems large to me for something in a save/ cache folder.

You can wipe that. CompiledOctreesCache is the terrain. It will regenerate from a fresh stock copy, and since there shouldn't have been any changes to terrain (terraforming was removed), everything should be exactly the same.
