Bug - Can't deconstruct or construct

I haven't played since the Infected update came out so I don't know if this is fixed or not. But I have a nice base and I was trying to construct some stuff, but as soon as I started constructing the item, I couldn't continue to construct it and I couldn't deconstruct it (I ALSO HAD THE MATERIALS NEEDED SO THAT'S NOT THE PROBLEM). This happened about two more times and now I can't modify that one section of my base (moonpool) and because of this, I couldn't place down a vehicle modification station because there was a window where it should have been placed and I couldn't deconstruct it (however, I overcame that and just used the other moonpool I had to modify both my seamoth and my P.R.A.W.N).

Is there a way to fix this?

(seriously, though, I don't know how to fix this, base components are stored in your core game files, and I don't think anyone knows how to manually edit them)
