[Glitch] Cyclops is Horribly Broken

I don't really know how to even fathom what is happening. I stopped playing for about a week (having left off inside my Cyclops at my base) and after a super busy week I was finally able to sit down and play again. I loaded my save and everything seemed fine. Had no problems moving the Cyclops. But when I tried to leave the Cyclops... Well I made a quick video on it that should show the rest (sorry for the random cuts, Fraps link, and what not; it was made really quick and with not so good software (Fraps trial that I had on my computer from a while ago that I forgot about until now) so that I could get this posted ASAP):

(Video is long-ish because I wanted to show as much of the glitch as possible.)

On a side note, last week I did try to deconstruct my transmitter/communications thing that I had built on the Cyclops and it only partially deconstructed. I think that has something to do with having a radio signal on hold (I'm not ready to start the 'event' that goes with it). I don't think this relates to the issue though. I think the issue is related to the storage containers I built on the lower level where the glitch happens. However, I built those last week and had no issues at all. I haven't changed anything on my computer that could possibly effect Subnautica since last week, so I'm not really sure why or how this is happening. Also, sorry for the part with my flooded base. I decided to include it since the glitch caused it.

Also, I loaded a save (and restarted) after the carnage for fear that the damage to the map would corrupt my game. And yes, restarting + loading the save DID fix the problem. However, I don't think that means just move on. What if this happens again or to someone else and it's worse and what if restarting/loading a save doesn't fix it? I'm also really curious as to why this happened and hopefully I can get some sort of answer here.

Also here since the above doesn't really follow the guidelines very well:
Subnautica Version - Castles and coffee update (Jan-2017 4360) (found on Feb. 19, 2017).
Description - Cyclops freaked out whenever I tried to access the lower level in front of the docking bay.
Reproduction steps - Unknown.

Extra Note: I have deleted the cells cache (with the exception of the cell encompassing my base (you can see the cell/batch you're in by pressing either F1 or F3 (forgot which one it was)). I had to do this due to almost all of my wrecks spawning empty and oddly without any doors or door hinges/frames. I think I have some pictures from that so if you want me to make a separate thread on it I will.

You can delete all of the CellsCache, including the one your base is in, just in case. There's an easy way to fix any dirt that gets in your base (the base itself and your inventory and progress will not be harmed, they are not stored in CellsCache). Honestly, I'd clear the entire cache -- CellsCache, CompiledOctreesCache, and the legacy txt files (only the txt files, not the other ones) in the main slot00xx folder. Because other than that... I dunno. maybe try the command
    warpme

in the console after you're out of the Cyclops (might want to try that before clearing cache, but it doesn't matter as clearing cache won't hurt).

Oh.. and why clear the cache? If there's an object stuck in your Cyclops that's glitching it out, clearing the cache will hopefully get rid of it. That's why you need to clear the one by your base as your Cyclops is in that cell.
