Link to a dxdiag output as well. (Run dxdiag then click "Save All Information...")
Did you find out what is my problem? I'm seriously starting to give up because i tried everything that i found and i can't play it
At a guess? Based on your log, the first thing I'd try is: go into Steam, and click Steam > Check for video driver updates.
-- There seems to be various topics on how to fix the CSteamworks.dll issue, I would do a google search on it and try what others did to solve it. I am currently at work so unfortunately I won't have time to research this until later. If I find anything I will be sure to tell you.
i didn't found any csteamworks.dll fix, could you help me?

1) Do you have non-English characters in your path?
2) Why do you have Subnautica "installed" to your Desktop, and not in a Steam library? Seems very, umm... odd.
About non-english characters. It does look like his user profile name is Aurélien, and since it's on his desktop, maybe it's a possibility it is the macron over the 'e' in his name causing a file path problem?

Try taking out the macron over the 'e' in your profile name. That may solve the problem.
